By subscribing to or using Buffett Radar, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. What We Provide

Buffett Radar is an automated stock screening service. Every market day, our algorithm scans S&P 500 companies using quantitative criteria inspired by fundamental value investing principles — including return on equity (ROE), free cash flow, debt/equity ratio, and margin of safety. Results are delivered via email and/or WhatsApp to active subscribers.

2. Not Financial Advice

Buffett Radar does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or recommendations to buy or sell any security. All content is for informational and educational purposes only. Past screening results are not indicative of future performance. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor.
You may cancel at any time from your billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

4. Free Tier

A free weekly watchlist is available without payment. Free tier delivery is best-effort and may be limited or discontinued at any time without notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not resell, redistribute, or share your subscription access or alerts with others.
You may not use our content to build a competing commercial product without our written consent.
You may not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from our service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, reports, and branding associated with Buffett Radar are our intellectual property. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to access the service for your own use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buffett Radar and its operators are not liable for any investment losses, financial damages, or decisions made based on our content. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
