• Email address — required to deliver daily alerts and service communications.
• WhatsApp number — optional, collected only from Pro subscribers who opt in to WhatsApp alerts.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card details.
• Usage data — basic server logs (IP address, timestamp) for security and debugging purposes. Not used for tracking or advertising.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To deliver daily stock screening alerts via email and/or WhatsApp.
• To verify active subscription status via the Lemon Squeezy API.
• To send service-related communications (onboarding, billing notices, policy updates).
• We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following processors solely to operate the service:

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management.
• Twilio — WhatsApp message delivery (Pro subscribers only).
• Google Analytics — anonymous site usage statistics (pages visited, session duration). Data is processed by Google under their Privacy Policy.
• Google AdSense — advertising services. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to show relevant ads based on your prior visits to our site and other sites. See Section 7 below for full details.

Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements. We do not authorize them to use your data for any other purpose.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data while your subscription is active. After cancellation, your data is retained for up to 30 days and then deleted, unless you request earlier deletion or we are required to retain it by law.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Withdraw consent for WhatsApp communications at any time.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies & Advertising

We use the following categories of cookies:

• Essential cookies — strictly necessary for the site to function (e.g., remembering your cookie consent choice).
• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data (pages visited, time on site) to help us improve the service. You can opt out via Google Analytics Opt-out.
